About Shaun

With over 13 years of experience in property, development, and commercial law, Shaun Briffa brings extensive expertise to Argon Law. Holding degrees in Law and Commerce from Deakin University, Shaun was admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland in 2011. His professional focus includes developments, strata titling, body corporate disputes, and management rights, along with commercial and retail leases.

Shaun excels in handling complex transactions such as joint ventures, shareholder agreements, lending arrangements, and the sale and purchase of businesses. He is also skilled in drafting and reviewing contracts for the sale and purchase of residential, rural, and commercial properties, including specialised areas like marina berths and body corporate agreements.

At Argon Law, Shaun contributes significantly to a team known for its strong infrastructure and commitment to client success, particularly at a time when the Sunshine Coast property market is vibrant and expanding.

When not practicing law, Shaun is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying activities such as fishing, camping, and four-wheel driving with his family.
