The event, held on March 27, 2025, at The Bower Tree in Sippy Downs, was a resounding success, bringing together business leaders and directors under the theme “Inside the Boardroom – Solving Board Dysfunction.”
This engaging briefing provided a platform for attendees to delve into the challenges that boards often face and explore effective strategies to overcome these issues. We are particularly proud that Argon Law’s Special Counsel, Rachel Martin, was featured as one of the panelists. Rachel, with her extensive background in commercial and corporate law, offered valuable insights and practical advice, contributing significantly to the discussions on enhancing board performance.
